We were driving through Proctor Valley Rd (not the haunted one) the shortcut but still a creepy dark one with my cousin and her husband around 12am and I randomly mentioned that it was scary driving around at this hour. My cousins husband Roy said that the only thing that scares him about driving at this hour was that there were a lot of cops out. I agreed and said what scares me was if someone were to follow me and we had a little convo like that. Then, my cousins husband says “Look there’s a cop right there.” The cop was posted, ready to catch some drunks or something. As we pass by the cop they start to go behind us. I didn’t think of it as anything of course because we weren’t doing anything wrong. They turned when we turned and followed us for a bit. Then when we turned right they went to the lane where they’re supposed to turn left but instead turned right behind us and flashed those bright ass lights. I never been pulled over before so I was kind of more excited than scared. We didn’t do anything wrong so we were worried. Then the cop went up to the window and asked my cousins husband and if he’s in the military and to see his id, license etc, and asked us what we’re doing out here, how long we lived here and blah blah blah. They asked if I was over 18 which is dumb because it doesn’t matter if I was over 18 because I was with people were over 21. They said that my cousins husbands license plate light bulb was a little dim. What bullshit cause the real reason why they pulled us over was because of the Michigan license plate, they thought we were drinking out there somewhere in the middle of no where. COPS these days, stop stereotyping assholes.

But anyways its crazy how the world works! There were signs!

Today out of the blue I was asked to prom by Jeffrey!
Out of NO WHERE he kneeled down, pulled out a small little present blue glittery box with a bow on top and asked, ‘will you go to prom with me?’ while opening the box with a beautiful ruby red 14k ring! Of course I said yes.

Ive noticed that people always complain about mainstream stuffs, especially Jeff. Clothing styles, music, social networks, and just about anything that’s real good is bound to be known by the whole world anyways. Its funny when people claim that they did this and that first, when actually they did not. If you first designed and created that piece of clothing, shoes, or accessory, or if you made up that makeup style, and if you listened to that band or song right when it came out before anyone else in the world has, then you have the right to be sayin stuffs. Yeah I know it sucks to not have credit or be as unique for listening or doing something before any of your friends, but who cares! Get over it. There’s always going to be those people who always get mad when something goes mainstream or popular. But hey, shouldn’t we be happy that that band, song writer, artist, designer, or author is becoming successful? That’s the way I see it.

I forget about formspring often, and its always trippen out on me. But hay i’m bored.

was just what I needed! Time away from San Diego was good.

For my spring break i went to Laguna Beach and LA, the reason why I am saying both because I literally went from Laguna Beach to LA and vice versa every single day. My oldest cousin, her husband, and two kids live in Laguna Beach which is in Orange County, but the clinic that she owns and is the physicians assisant (basically a doctor) for is located in Harbor City, Los Angeles which is an hour away. She has been driving to the clinic and back for about two years and counting! (Imagine the gas she’s consuming haha), but all that does not really matter because shes successful.

My cousin, Edilita or Ate Ditas is such an inspiration to me. She is my one true role model(I have never looked up to anyone so much). She is such an amazing person in so many ways. I always knew she was successful and very rich, but I never really that much about her life since she has been living in LA for like, ever. But in just one week living with her, I learned so much about her. The hour long drives to her clinic from Laguna Beach was not tiring at all, enjoyed the sights. It went from mountains, trees, creeks, to flat roads, refineries, and liquor stores. The hour long drives also gave us a chance to talk as well as our 1 o’clock lunch breaks. She talked me into community college. She talked to me about how bad things happen to good people for a reason: in order to learn and become a stronger person. She talked to me about sex, safe sex, especially since she had a patient who was 14 years old, pregnant, and a pill popper who does not know whether or not to keep the baby. We talked about how the female sex can be so fucking ridiculous, slutty, weird, jealous, and just plain stupid sometimes. (I was so glad we are on the same level). She talked to me about taking care of myself (looks wise and health wise). She talked to me about not letting others bring me down.

She talked to me about exhausting her life owning a clinic, being the only doctor (except on tuesdays and thursdays) for her clinic, always getting bugged by patients and workers constantly, dealing with the workers(the girls) issues, working about 8 hours a day 6 days a week, always rushing to the daycare by 6pm to pick up the kids or else they charge a dollar every minute after 6pm, by the time she gets home its already 7pm and sleeping around 8:30pm. Her life seems pretty busy, however she told me that she loves her life. She has respect; from the girls working at the clinic, patients, and many other people. She has money. She has two beautiful children and a great husband. She has a wonderful family who they visit every weekend. She did tell me the flaws  because of course, nobody’s life could be perfect. But I was inspired on so many levels to become a better person because I want to experience her happiness, success, and accomplishments. My stay with her for Spring Break was a wakeup call that my hopes for a successful future starts now.
